The goal is to strengthen pre-emptive and proactive botnet defenses, both from a technical and process standpoint. By providing a more comprehensive understanding of the criminal and technical nature of the botnet problem, it is FireEye's objective that service providers, law enforcement, educational institutions, enterprises, and consumers work together in a unified battle against Internet crime.
