Position Overview
FireEye, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Hardware Manufacturing Engineer to own the imaging and testing of the finished product (server class security appliance). The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Automate imaging and testing processes
- Create portable, scalable, secure solution to be deployed at partner sites
- Own quality and reliability
- Perform failure analysis as needed
Candidate
Depending on candidate ability/experience and interest, the role can be expanded to include:
- Hardware configuration design/development (system level)
- Enclosure design (through 3rd party)
- Compliance/regulatory certification.
- Component qualification
- Pilot Run
- Refurb and repair
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with one of the hottest pre-IPO companies in the Silicon Valley.
