Human Resources Manager

Position Overview

  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals
  • Manage HR Function such as Training & Development, Annual Performance Review Program, New Hire Orientation, etc
  • Follow-up, employee relations issues, termination processing and exit interviews, etc.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from managers and employees, as needed.
  • Implement policies and procedure for integration subsidiaries make sure that initial hires are in compliance within country employment regulations
  • Develop and Manage Salary structure and equity guidelines
  • Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
  • Handling workers compensation matters
  • Maintains employee records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
