Position Overview
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals
- Manage HR Function such as Training & Development, Annual Performance Review Program, New Hire Orientation, etc
- Follow-up, employee relations issues, termination processing and exit interviews, etc.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from managers and employees, as needed.
- Implement policies and procedure for integration subsidiaries make sure that initial hires are in compliance within country employment regulations
- Develop and Manage Salary structure and equity guidelines
- Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
- Handling workers compensation matters
- Maintains employee records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
