FireEye Adds B.V. Jagadeesh To Board Of Directors
Industry Veteran Sees FireEye's Virtualization Technology as Key Competitive Advantage in Fighting Targeted Malware
MENLO PARK, Calif.—December 20, 2006— FireEye, Inc., the leader in network malware control solutions, today announced that B.V. Jagadeesh has joined the company's board of directors. Jagadeesh's in-depth knowledge of the networking and security industries, coupled with wide-ranging management experience, will be invaluable to FireEye as the company grows and leads the charge against crimeware and other stealthy network malware.

Jagadeesh currently serves as group vice president and general manager of the Application Networking Group for Citrix. Prior to Citrix, he served as president and CEO of NetScaler, Inc., a privately held leader in high-performance application networking that was acquired by Citrix in 2005. Jagadeesh was also co-founder and CTO for Exodus Communications, a company he led through an IPO. Jagadeesh has also held various management and engineering positions at Novell and 3Com.
