Working closely with channel partners, FireEye provides the tools and resources needed to expand their security business and increase their relevance inside every customer they support.

The FireEye partner program has 2 tiers. All partners enter at the Silver tier and move to new levels as they complete the specific requirements for that tier.

Silver

FireEye Silver partners view FireEye as an important element of their business. Silver partners sign a contract and complete specific certification and sales revenue requirements. Silver partners receive:

  • Access to the FireEye Partner Resource Center extranet
  • Monthly FireEye update communications
  • Deal Registration protection
  • Lead Sharing
  • NFR Discounts

Gold

FireEye Gold partners view FireEye as a critical component of their business. Silver partners sign a contract and complete increased certification and sales requirements. By demonstrating the highest level of commitment to FireEye, Gold partners receive all the benefits of Silver partners plus:

  • Co-Marketing Support
  • Participation in FireEye Beta Program
  • Eligibility for FireEye Partner Roundtable Events
  • Additional margin (and deal registration)
  • Priority Lead Distribution

FireEye Partner Program Qualifications:

To qualify for the FireEye channel partner program, prospective partners must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Extensive experience within market areas
  • Substantial and/or well-trained sales and technical staff
  • Practice a face-to-face selling model with outbound sales representatives
  • Extensive experience selling related security products
  • Provide end users with pre-sales support
  • A substantial client base that is likely to purchase FireEye products and services
  • Demonstrated financial stability and/or solid financing
  • An excellent reputation in their market
  • Low sales and technical turnover rates
  • Certifications from complementary security technology product companies

A business will not meet the program requirements if any of the following is true:

  • The business does not meet the above criteria
  • The business provides only telesales, catalog sales or sales over the internet
  • The business only provides financing options or sales over auction websites on the internet
