COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 situation has been developing quickly, and we at FireEye are monitoring the developments closely around the world. The health, security and well-being of our employees, families and customers are our top priority now as always.

We are taking measures when and where needed, in alignment with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and the Department of Public Health. Today, we enacted a global work from home policy, and all cross-border travel has been suspended, along with non-critical domestic travel. Our executive team meets daily to make necessary decisions regarding our offices and operations around the globe.

We recognize that in times of uncertainty, bad actors do not rest; in fact, they seek to take advantage of unrest and disruption. To that end, we remain laser focused on our mission of protecting our customers from cyber attacks and threat actors. As it relates to our Mandiant services, including Intel, Managed Defense and Consulting, we do not currently anticipate that Coronavirus will have an impact. Our “follow-the-sun” model, and worldwide presence, enables us to provide continuous support despite this situation.

From a forward Supply Chain perspective, we have reviewed this issue with the supply base and see no significant component supply issues at this time. Almost all of our components, and manufacturing, comes from areas that are not affected at this time, and we have alternate suppliers qualified if needed. Accordingly, we feel confident in our ongoing product inventory and supply.
