Position Title: Technical Support and Tools Development Intern

This intern project will focus on supporting service delivery, by developing and improving tools for Customer Support to improve efficiency and achieve optimization via automation.
Areas of focus are:
1) Understanding support services. Close the gap and improve the efficiency with the tools
2) Developing the additional modules for CSDashboard
3) Developing the troubleshooting tool to reduce the workload of the support engineers
4) Reduce the time cost from troubleshooting and researching
The Customer Support team is managing subscription, products, and services, a significant portfolio to care for.. The CS Dashboard is an operational dashboard used by Management and Support Engineers for metric reporting, case management, and general Support Administration.
In this role, the intern will work to develop additional features needed for the Dashboard from an existing project list that includes tasks such as:
The troubleshooting tool is to help the engineers to review the evidence in the fastest way. The tool can reduce the time cost from each of engineers for troubleshooting and researching. It gives the clearer messages to build the action items to take. In the way it improves the quality of service and the performance of the engineer.
This project will help FireEye as we continue to scale globally and enable the Support organization to continue to grow and scale while adding minimal head count, but continue to deliver the already high CSAT and NPS scores.
