FireEye CFO Michael Sheridan Wins CFO of the Year Award in the Category of Public Company with Revenue Under $500M From the Silicon Valley Business Journal

FireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEYE), the leader in stopping today's advanced cyber attacks, today announced that Michael Sheridan, FireEye CFO, was awarded the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2013 CFO of the Year award in the category of public company with revenue under $500M. Sheridan’s leadership and financial oversight helped contribute to annual revenue growth of 148 percent for FireEye in 2012. In addition, Sheridan guided the September initial public offering for FireEye that raised approximately $321 million in net proceeds.
