FireEye Named a Leader in Incident Response by Leading Independent Research Firm

Company receives highest possible scores across eight criteria; report finds that “FireEye would be an excellent partner to improve your ability to respond to incidents.”

MILPITAS, Calif., March 27, 2019 – FireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEYE), the intelligence-led security company, today announced that it was named a leader in the Forrester Research, Inc. report: “The Forrester Wave™: Cybersecurity Incident Response Services, Q1 2019.”

In the report, 15 vendors were evaluated across 11 criteria, covering current offering, strategy, and market presence. FireEye received the highest possible score (5.0) in eight of the 11 criteria, including:

In its assessment, Forrester noted “FireEye has an intelligence-driven approach to preparation and breach response…It is focused on providing customers a road map of proactive services to enhance the ability to respond to cybersecurity incidents.” Further, Forrester states that vendors who have cyber range capabilities are filling a growing need for real-world breach training. “FireEye has a cyber range where it offers training as an intermediary step between tabletop exercises and purple team engagements, to allow live fire exercises in a safe environment.”
