A key differentiator for any creditable solution provider lies in the capability and knowledge of their sales and technical staff. To that end, the FireEye Fuel Partner Program requires that it's partners invest in training and accreditation designed to provide a solid foundation of knowledge to sell and support FireEye solutions to their customers effectively.
Each FireEye Fuel Partner must maintain a minimum number of FireEye Sales Accreditations and Technical Accreditations or Certifications. The information below provides additional information about the various accreditation and certification options within the FireEye Fuel program.
Sales Accreditations are a requirement of the FireEye Fuel Partner Program for all partner levels and requires completion of online Sales Accreditation courses and assessments hosted on The Fuel Station.
Technical Accreditations are a requirement of the FireEye Fuel Partner Program for all partner levels The FireEye Fuel Technical Accreditation provides deeply technical knowledge required to support each stage of the sales cycle. Courses and assessment are available on The Fuel Station
FireEye System Engineer (FSE) Certification
The FireEye Fuel FSE certification is a requirement of the FireEye Fuel Partner Program for Gold and Platinum level partners. The FSE Certification provides partners with the most current product and services knowledge and deployment strategies including competitive positioning, advanced sales preparation and solution articulation.
